New pre-release of MindTerm v1.99

Hi,

We've put up a new pre-release of the v1.99 "intermediate" client. It has
some small fixes (now also shows fingerprint of server's hostkey in same
format as OpenSSH). Please note that this is still a demo which expires on
March 1st. It is also a binary only release since the license of the ssh2
code is still not decided (will be this month).

Also note that MindTerm v1.99 is the last release based on the "old" code.
The code has "rotted" over the past 2.5 years and a rewrite from scratch
is badly needed. This means that while v1.99 will be maintained and
bugfixed it wont be further developed.

The MindTerm2 will be a cleaned out client containing all features from
MindTerm v1.99 and some additional flexibility and usefulness (hopefully
:-).
