Changes in mindbright mailing-lists

Hello,

I have just changed the list software used for mindterm-users and
mindterm-announce mailing-lists to mailman. The main reasons are that we
get a better administrative interface and a better archival system.

The policies of the lists have not changed but the new interface allows
us to manually approve postings to mindterm-users made by people not
subscribed to the list.

Mindterm-announce is still a restricted list onto which only
announcements will be posted. I sincerely apologizefor the test-messages
which escaped out to that list earlier today, it was not my intention to
send them to the entire list.

month.
