MindTerm 2.3 released (includes source)

It gives me great pleasure to finally be able to announce that version
2.3 of MindTerm is now available at http://www.appgate.com/mindterm

There are a few minor features and a slew of bug fixes in this
release. But the biggest change is in the licensing.

I would be the first to admit that AppGate has not treated MindTerm
very well in the past. There are many reasons for this but it would
not be productive to go through them here. What is important is that
those difficult times now seems to be behind us. This time we have
really tried to think through all the issues beforehand.

For the exact licensing terms see the documentation included in the
distributions. But a rough summary is:

  * You can use MindTerm for free if you have less than 100 users
  * If you have more users then you need to buy a site-license
  * If you want to include MT in a product then you need an OEM license
  * The source is available
