Cipher 3des not found

If you are using SSH1 then you have to explicitly select the cipher to use
otherwise you get an error like this (i.e. set it in the properties).  SSH2
will work from a list of ciphers and so is less likely to show this (at
least for me, so far).

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? The sshd server supports 3des and
works just fine so it must be a mindterm thing.
