licensing question

Unfortunately, the appgate sales team has chosen either to send me 
auto-replies telling me re-email my request or to just ignore my 
request for more information whatsoever.

So, I am emailing the user list with the hope that someone here can 
answer.

First, is there a non-commercial license available? If so, what are the 
terms?

Second, given that the first does not exist, what are the terms and 
prices for the site license?
