licensing question

So, if I read this correctly, we as an education institution, can use
mindterm w. no charge.

The next question, then, is how do I go about getting a copy of the
software? Do I need to buy one copy (which I am willing to do if
necessary).

I should add that I am looking to have mindterm connect back to a
computer other than the one which is the web server. I believe this
requries somehow signing the applet?

Thnx again!
