ftp proxy FEAT reply

Hi,
i'm having a minor problem with an ftp client called smartftp.
It connects and logs in, but stops on the response to the FEAT command:

    Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
220 MindTerm v1.99, FTP To SFTP Bridge
    USER anonymous
230 User anonymous logged in.
    SYST
215 UNIX Type: L8
    FEAT
211- Extensions supported:
 SIZE
 MDTM

and then it just hangs there. I looked in the FTPServer.java source file and the only suspicous thing i can see is that there is no 211
in front of the END sent last in the FEAT command response. Isn't there supposed to be?

This ftp client works ok against other ftp servers. I'm using mindterm 2.1.
Any ideas?
