There is no complete documentation of the parameters. But most of the
parameter handling is done in
	com.mindbright.application.MindTerm.getAppletParams()

That routine also references defaultPropDesc in
com/mindbright/terminal/TerminalDefProps.java and
com/mindbright/ssh/SSHPropertyHandler.java
