Deadlock in InputStreamPipe?

Hello,

using com.mindbright.sshcommon.SSHSCP1 class' copyToLocal() method, a file
is properly transferred from the remote to the local directory.

But, after scp processing, the InputStreamPipe's read() method does never
return.

Placing some System.out.printlns I can see that for some reason this method
has a this.wait() call. OK, works fine during download, but, after reading
for the last time, there is nothing waking up this thread.

I cannot see any reason for this behavior. Does anyone offer a suggestion or
even a solution?
