It is true that to get a signed binary from us you must buy a site or
OEM license. But nothing stops you from signing it yourself. For
pointers see the tutorials at http://mindprod.com/signedapplets.html.

PS MindTerm does not yet use any of the never (1.2 or later) security
   models.
