MindTerm with the Ftp to Sftp Bridge and BBEdit on Os X

Hi,

I'm using MindTerm on Os X, and everything works fine except with 
BBEdit:

I can connect to the server and browse through the directories, but as 
soon as I try to open a file, I get the following error message: "An 
FTP operation was attempted while not logged in (application error code 
22702).

Do some of you have experiences with BBEdit and MindTerm, any 
suggestions?

It would be very nice if I could edit the files on my server directly 
from within BBEdit.
