using mindterm

I've used mindterm for at least four years now.  I use the non-commercial
version (free) to access my email and my website from work.  Now when I
logon it's saying, "Thank you for using Mindterm..." and gives me the
mindterm website URL.  No login shell.

I'm sure this is a java problem.  Can anyone help?

My configuration >> the server is linux, I access the shell via web page.
My java binary is "mindtermfull.jar".

If more info is needed, which is probably the case, just rsvp.
