connection dropped after one hour....

This sounds like a problem with rekeying which is normally
done every hour. But I tried this (MT 2.4.1 and SSH Secure
Shell 3.1.2) and it works, so maybe it is another problem.
Maybe you are connecting through a proxy or similar that
regularily tears down connections?
You could try running the sshd in debug mode (sshd -d 4),
and/or enabling the debug mode in MindTerm - this is done
by editing com/mindbright/ssh/SSH.java and setting
DEBUG and DEBUGMORE to true, and then recompiling MT.
