All I did was download and unzip the file to c:\temp - the 
'ISNetworksMindTerm1.2.1SCP3' directory was created, with a subdirectory 
containing two html files to load the applet, one for IE, and one for 
Netscape.

Moot point though; I found a site on the web (obscure.org) that hosts a 
copy of SSHTerm for public use.
