MindTerm is not connecting to the host

Dear all
 
I down loaded MindTerm Version 2.4.2
 
And executed this application by double clicking the MindTerm.jar
 
In the Main Window of this application,
 
SSH Server/Alias: 127.0.0.1 
 
and  I pressed enter key
 
Then a dialog window appears stating the message:
 
"Error connecting to 127.0.0.1, reason: 
--> Connection refused: connect"
 
Could you please help me to sort out this problem
