Error Connecting to 127.0.0.1 ...

Dear all,
 
I installed MindTerm 2.4.2 free version 
 
on my machine (Windows 2000 professional)
 
I started MindTerm application by double clicking in MindTerm.jar file
in bin dir.
 
In the following filed as follows,
 
SSH Server/Alias: 127.0.0.1 
 
and i pressed enter key
 
A dilog box (MindTerm - Alert) appeared stating the message:
 
"Error connecting to 127.0.0.1, reason:
 --> Connection refused: connect "
 
Could you help to sort out this problem
