Mindterm 3.0 beta available

The beta worked for me, with a couple of minor issues:

* In vi, using the x key to delete a character appears to delete a character from the end of the line, rather than at the cursor position.  As soon as the cursor is moved, the line redraws correctly.
* When using the connect dialog box, I select a connection profile from the drop-down list, and Mindterm connects immediately in the background, without waiting for the Connect button to be pressed.
