emulation problem

| When I type a <control>-[ what happens is that a '[' char is
| sent and then the expected escape is sent. It is not just a
| visual glitch corrected by <control>-L; the [ gets sent to
| the host.

This does not happen when I load the webpage/applet from
MacOS, but it does from WinXP/JVM 1.5. Weird.

Also, this is not new behavior with mindterm 3; mindterm
2.4.2 does the same thing.
