Which version of the JRE are you using in the browser (the MindTerm
about window will show this)? I have seen this problem when using Java
1.3 and in that case I am afraid the answer is to upgrade the Java or
use AWT.

Probably because 2.4.2 used AWT while 3.0 uses swing if available. It is
possible to force AWT by setting the useAWT property to true.
