| Which version of the JRE are you using in the browser (the MindTerm
| about window will show this)? I have seen this problem when using Java

JVM vendor: Apple Computer, Inc.
JVM version: 1.3.1_16
OS name: Mac OS X
OS arch.: ppc
OS version: 10.3.9

| 1.3 and in that case I am afraid the answer is to upgrade the Java or
| use AWT.

I'll investigate upgrading Java; I've never looked at
changing whatever Apple gives me, so I don't know how
hard/easy that is yet. I also don't have a 10.4.x machine,
so I don't know what Java they get.

|
| Probably because 2.4.2 used AWT while 3.0 uses swing if available. It is
| possible to force AWT by setting the useAWT property to true.

I'm afraid you are over my head there (ie I don't know what
swing or AWT is). However, if I add:

    <PARAM NAME="useAWT" value="true">

to my applet launching page, it makes no difference.
