Ah.  Good, thank you.  I note it needs to go after the jar file.
That took a bit of trial and error to get working, so I'm
passing this info along.

%windir%\system32\javaw.exe -jar
D:\Connectivity\Tools\mindterm-3.0\mindterm.jar --h
E:\Config\Connectivity\MindTerm

Seems to work fine.
