Flaw in FTP-to-SFTP Bridge

I use the FTP-to-SFTP bridge to overcome Adobe GoLive 6's lack of SFTP 
support. Unfortunately, GoLive uses the "-a" option when listing 
directories, and the bridge treats the option as a specified path. The 
server responds with a "550 -a: Not a directory." error.

I've modified the source (SSH2FTPOverSFTP.java) to work around the 
problem, but the bridge should handle such cases better. If nothing 
else, provide an option to ignore any path beginning with a hyphen.
