Feature Suggestion: Local line edits for slooow connections

I'd like to suggest what I think would be a great feature:  allowing
MindTerm to input an enitre line locally, and send it one as one
chunk.  Currently, typing over slow connections is very, very hard.

Of course, this would only be useful for command line use, not full
screen/ncurses - but I think those who need to SSH over dialups would
really appreciate it.

(The local line edit should have readline like support - I believe
there is a bsd-license version called editline)
