Can mindterm do this?

I'm looking for a solution that lets me connect to a host over the
web and get an ssh (or console) connection on that host. The tricky
part is that the firewall/proxy between us only allows http and
https.

laptop      firewall/proxy  abc123.somewhere.com
      http  ---OK------->   http://abc123.somewhere.com/mindterm/blah.html
      https ---OK------->   https://abc123.somewhere.com/mindterm/blah.html
      ssh   ---BLOCK---->   abc123.somewhere.com's port 22

i.e.,:

(a) I have a host named abc123.somewhere.com

(b) I am on a laptop and point my browser at http://abc123.somewhere.com/mindterm/whatever.html

(c) I get a console/ssh/etc. session where I can login and work at the
command line

I'm thinking mindterm can't do this because it will try to setup an
ssh session from the laptop to the host, which the firewall won't allow.
Or am I (hopefully) wrong?

If mindterm doesn't do this, does anyone else know of a product that
provides a "command line over the web" interface?

Thanks!
