java.net.SocketPermission

Hi to everybody,
I've just configured mindterm in applet mode on my webserver. When i try to access to a remote server popup a java window that say:
 
error connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
->access denied (java.net.SocketPermission xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx resolve )
 
but if i can access to that machine via linux shell. Someone has an  idea about this error?
