mindterm from behind ISA server?

Yah, the mysterious workings of Microsoft products...
However, I am able to use the KDE control center to set
"proxy" to the ISA server, and most everything else works
(web browsers either work automagically, or have to be
similarly pointed to the ISA to work).
I imagine I could get mindterm to also work, if only I knew
how to get it to interact with ISA as easily as KDE and firefox...
