Mindterm -Permission denied

I've developed an desktop application using mindterm and try to call
Network element , I am getting the following exception when I try to run
the application. 

What is the solution to make it work with my network element.

** 10:06:08.419 SSH2UserAuth : 'banner: WARNING, authorized users only.

this monitoring.

'

An error occured: com.mindbright.ssh2.SSH2FatalException: Permission
denied

 

I am getting this error, when the control comes to this line.

SSH2SimpleClient client = new SSH2SimpleClient(transport,user, passwd);
