You should probably find out what the network usage policy is as well.
You might violate some policy by connecting out and that might be
serious.

MindTerm does not give you webbased SSH-access. It gives you an SSH
client which can be downloaded using the web. But the client will still
run on your local machine. That said, there is no problem in using
MindTerm to access an SSH-server running on a nonstandard port. Just
specify the host you want to connect to as HOST:PORT
