Silvio,

I can only vouch for the Vista part of your question.  MindTerm runs 
superbly on Vista.  We installed MindTerm precisely because our old 
emulator did not work on Vista.  As far as IPv6, according to Appgate, 
MindTerm has supported IPv6 since version 2.4.2.
