OOPS, there is a "feature" in the logging code which causes it to give
you more details if you set the log level to 7. I'll fix that for the
next release but in the meantime can you rerun the test with log-level
set to 7. This should dump the entire contents of the packets and you
should be able to see which request contains your env setting.
