I got the password from the original poster and tested the key. I do not
have an ssh.com-server to test with but it works just fine to
authenticate against an openssh-server with this key.
The most probable explanation for the problem is some
configuration-error at the ssh.com server. The first thing to check is
the file permissions of the keys since ssh server usually are picky
about those. The logs on the server might also give clues (specially if
run in debug mode).
A second but less probable cause is some new incompatibility in the
ssh.com server. This is the case if authentication works from other
clients (like putty) when using the exact same keypair.
