Problems in capture from the objects in Mindterm!!

Hi all,
 
I work with test automation and I am automating the access to appliances and serial ports using the Mindterm.
But I am having some problems when I want write something in the Mindterm screen. The problem is with the name of the property "name" that sometimes show one value (frame0) and sometimes show another value (frame1).
I would like to know if i can start the Mindterm.jar and when I start this trough the line command (or other way) and set some property to the Mindterm. I need to set the property "name" always to frame0 for sample.
Someone have any suggestion or idea??
